ALSO, this is a 2007 V6 with 40k so KBB is only about 14k
Doesn't seem like it would be totaled from the pictures.

You Guys Dont Think If the rear end is busted, the rear suspension is busted, all 4 wheels r busted, new tires, + body work and under frame damage wouldnt equal a total??

The main concern if the frame damage, likeraly the car is sitting on the ground the car looks like it was in a fender bender, but in reality it was in an accident that i should have been rly rly hurt

If the KBB is about 14k. I would say don't get your hopes up as you clearly want it to be totaled. Where's Dr. Pascal?

i dont think its totaled, i got in a similar accident, destroyed the driveshaft, rear axle, 3 wheels, tires, chin spoiler, side skirts, emergencey brake, brakes, suspension, the whole rear axle was shoved over about 4 inches off center... idk what else, but they didnt declare it totaled, and mines a V6 to.

red beast, what was your damage estimate??

its a hit or mis. really, but more concern that the dollar amount of the damage is the SAFETY!!

IT IS A CONVERTIBLE, AND I DONT RLY FEEL SAFE FIXING THIS

like i said im friends with the owner of my shop, he will do his best i guess

It might not be totalled. But I would stress to the ins. comp. that you want everything looked at and dont take it if its not right. Be firm and make sure they fix it right.

it's hard to tell from the pictures if the car would be considered totaled or not....
