the rear suspension id def dead, the right rear tire is not flat, and on flat ground it was still so low..

i just really hope the shop takes car of this right, and really looks over EVERYTHING

the springs just set in there, if you got hit hard on the wheel from the back and to the side, like it sounds like you did, I imagine the "dead suspension" is a spring knocked out of its mount. They litteraly just sit there and if the suspension gets forcefully unloaded, think a tennis player hyper extending a elbow, they can come out. Unless you have ripped a mount off the body there, the damage isnt too bad. Judging by the wheels being roughly centered in the wheel wells, front to back and left to right, I'm going to say it looks far worse then it is.
