Question 2007 Convertible Window Issue

My battery had recently died out in my 2007 Mustang convertible and I replaced it last night. When I turned the car on, everything went great. But I am having an issue with the driver's side windows: the automatic windows are not working when I push up, but they go down automatically. So, when I close the door and get out of my car, they will not go up like they should.

Anybody have any suggestions or have the same issue happen?

Perform the recalibration stated in the Owners Manual.

Nevermind, thanks for the reply, but the car ended up working itself out.

That means it has become self aware. You've been warned.
