Hi All. 2011 GT here and Sync hears me just fine except when I use the "Services" feature. Get directions, etc.... I have to SHOUT towards the mirror in order for it to hear anything. I know that in other models there is a TSB about moving the mic to the headliner. Has anyone had this resolved by their dealer?

I haven't heard or read about sync having problems capturing voice commands. However, from personal experience, I did notice that sync is sensitive to ambient noise, like the A/C on blast. I also do believe that the voice commands for services is very specific. This may not be the case though.
