ARe you sure the 2010s didn't have a fuel system change>? If not, then I may be in luck. The only reason I haven't decided to go with FI is because when I called around, the companies said 2010 kits wouldn't be made because it's too hard to find injectors that will fit and that no one would be willing to tune them, because of the direct injection system used. I wasn't sure if I should believe them or not, so I just never dug further.

The throttle body on the '05 has a cooling (allegedly will cool it anyway) but you can swap the throttle bodies.
From what I hear though there is a difference in the wiring harness after 2005 so the connectors are different between the model years. The fuel rails are different but not the system - they simply have a bolt in cap on the 2005 that is fixed on for later years (that is the reason that when going to the Xcharger Xtreme you have to get some of the 2005 fuel rails because you have to be able to flip the fuel rails around).
The spark plugs etc are still the same. You may be thinking of the redesign for the 4.6 which did have an issue with the plugs.
