It seems Motor Trend snapped a clevis pin holding the brake pedal to the MC rod. MT freaked, Ford freaked, and Ford halted all production to search for any other cars with the condition (brake pedal arm not installed correctly). They couldn't find any, and MT surmises that the offending condition was caused after it left the factory, but still pretty scary.

Sounds like a true anomaly but with the recent tranny and clutch issues on the '11s and '12s I'd keep an eye on this one plus things to come.

That's scary as hell. I guess I'll just wait a year or two to get one so they can work out all the bugs =P
