Car is a 09 gt 5 speed manual mods are in sig, The main sound(not in vid) that scares the **** out of me is when I take a sharp corner I hear a bunch of grinding sounds coming from the trans and i have to pump the clutch for them to go away and now I get this chirping/whistling sound in 1st-2-3rd gear between 2,000-3500rpms and weird sound in the back of the engine bay at idle like a circular saw winding down sound. Going to the dealer on tuesday I hope they fix this and the creaky suspension and the brakes not grabbing even.

From your discription it sounds as if your tranny may be on it way out or low on fluid, either way I would start with changing the fluid.
