I didn't notice much difference with the Saleen SC on highway trips with cruise set at 70, maybe lost 1 MPG. But it was addicting to stomp on it at stop signs or when passing people, not sure what the MPG averaged cause I figured I didn't spend thousands on performance parts to be concerned over a few hundred dollars a year more in gas. Pretty much have no desire to drive a car with under 400 hp now no matter what the fuel economy is, but thats me.

I agree once you feel the power nothing else can give you the same rush and feeling. I mean a 300hp 350Z (or 4.6 mustang GT, or new v6 stang, etc) are still fun and zippy, just cant really break the tires loose and feel that raw torque

Im at 80 miles and exactly 1/2 tank left, and 160/16=10
Lots of traffic and drive-thru idling.

I get around 21 on the highway and around 17 in town. It could be better but I have 410s and a torque convertor.
