Screw the idea of using it as a down payment though, just find somewhere to buy in the current market. It will be cheaper than renting if you find a condo or small house in most areas... and if the market comes back you will be able to sell it for a nice profit or at the least you aren't likely to lose any of the money (compared to renting... that money is gone forever)
If you must get the car get the GT500... much easier to work on.

Lol ya I'm finally on the same page after I read some of his posts... @jim5.0 thank you for explaining that... And honestly do I have a stuck up vibe or something? If so I'm sorry that I'm coming of that way, I really am thankful for what I have and I'm very lucky to have that.
I would pick the GT500.
The Ferrari is a little ugly IMO.

Okay what is this ACT/SAT score of 36 being perfect? When did they change the scoring of them? This is scary but I took that test 30 years ago........and I really sucked at it. I scored an 800 something.

Max score on ACT is a 36
Max score on a SAT is 1800 when you include the writing section
Max score on SAT is 1200 when only considering math and reading sections.

lol... i got a 32 on it even though i fell asleep for a half hour during the test. i think it's engineered so that you can get a couple wrong in a section and still get a "perfect".
