Default first post, exaust identification needed

hi guys, to make it short for now, im planning grabbing a 05-06 mustang gt this summer and put a blower on it, ill have a lots of question meanwhile since ive not lurked much in here and there is so many post i can't find all my answer, my first question would be related with this video :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeokGEx8wRM

The exaust in this video is a custom exaust from japan fujitsubo or something like that which they wont answer me back, im looking for a similar exaust sound, that mean, not too much of a straight-pipe sound, im really into finding a similar reproduction of this sound from an exaust and I would need any of your opinions if you know something that can match this?
I'm whiling to order a couple pieces before I buy the stang so i can throw everything on it when I get!
thanks

To play it safe, I would recommend checking out American Muscle. They design parts that specifically fit Mustangs. They are a very reputable company and I personally have purchased many parts for my Mustang and am very pleased with their products and customer service. Check out their website and listen to the different exhaust tones. If they do not have a video of the exhaust, you can also go to Youtube and search for Mustangs with the exhaust you want to watch and hear.

Recommend:
- SLP Loudmouths (Street Legal)
- Bassani
- Magnaflow
- Mac Boomtubes
- Pypes
- Flowmasters

Good luck!!

When I read "Japan" I thought I was going to see dual fart cans.

Pleasant surprise.

If you want your car to sound that good you'll need long tube headers. The mustang in the video has JBA long tube headers. You can match it with just about any axle back mufflers and it'll sound good because I haven't heard a single video with LT's I didn't like.

Thats a Japanese tuner trunk lid applique.
High dollar over there and just making their
way over here to the states.
Maybe, maybe if it was painted the body color,
but being black, it just pulls way to much attention
to its self.

Long tube headers, H pipe and Borla or Corsas.

Yes i will take a look for long tube and mid pipe for sure, corsa sound good but i think they are pretty expensive, you guys think i could
Grab a full
Exaust set up(header, mid pipe and muffler) for around 1.5k? I want to save some money for
New hood and new bumper, spring or coil and the while exaust itself, do I need to chip the car to make it
Tunable or
Can i get it tunned with my pro charger on the oem computer? I really have zero knowledge. Thansks for all the answer guys, and yes the trunk is not in my taste at all.

No chips here.
Programmer.

A few brands...
DiabloSport Preadator
SCT

www.americanmuscle.com

You must know how to tune an S197 before
even attempting to write your own custom tune.

They come with 'canned' tunes for 87, 89, and 91 octaine fuels.

Funny no one mentioned Borla. I got a Borla Stinger catback about a year after I bought my 04 Cobra. For the last 7 years I cannot even to begin to tell how many people have wanted to know or just told me how good my car sounds. I have been stopped in traffic, parking lots and even followed to parking lots from people who want to know what I have on it. One day I was having tires put on and they took it out for a test drive & I heard it for myself and could not believe how nasty it sounds it has a deep throaty gurgle unbelievable. Even a cop gave me the thumbs up in traffic one day. So you might want to go to Borla's website and check it out. They have sample audio clips you can listen to.
