Default 2007 power help/2010 hurst shifter help

I am looking to get a hurst shifter for my 2010 GT. I dont know anything about it, Idk what its good for, or if there is downs to it. I am still just driving my car to work and speeding on onramps/parkinglot doughnuts kind of stuff.

Also my 07 is a v6 automatic................ .......
My wife drives it and I am looking to do cai and tuner, I know power doesnt range much, but for pricing what would be the best if any experience with one yet? I added the JLT stg 3 cai and X3 on my 10gt, it made a nice difference on 91 octane, just wondering how much of a kick will come from the 07 v6. Thanks for any and all help.

The '07 V6 will wake up a lot with a CAI and tune combination. The first thing that the tune does is take away the lag that is built in to the automatic. My wife drove my car once and the first thing she asked was "can they do anything about that lag, it is dangerous trying to shift lanes on the highway". So she gave me the start on modifying the car.
