Don't Mean to be a Pain BUT....
As some may know Ive been having a problem with my mustang shaking at speeds above 60/65. I brought it in last september and they ground the rotors, centered the steering and everything was good. A few months later it started happening again and brought it to a different dealer and they looked it over and said that the rotors need to be replaced but since we can't replicate the issue we won't fix it and they charged me a service fee of $40. There excuse was that it was raining that day and couldn't drive the car at 60mph. Its been getting worse and my warranty ends in May so Im bringing it back to the original dealer on Friday. Anything else I should say to them other than the obvious? The car doesn't shake all the time only after its been warmed up a bit.

well at least you have the problem documented with ford, that will help.. when they come back and try to tell you they cant replicate the issue again.
my experience with Ford's warranty so far is that if you don't have a TSB with a stated problem and a fix, or unless something is entirely broken, I can't get them to care. seems all I get from these visits is allowing a tech to joy ride my car to try to replicate the issue, yet they never can? :/

Im bringing it back to the original place where I bought it. The thing I most don't understand is that last time I brought it in they admitted it needed new rotors but wouldn't replace them because they couldn't replicate the issue.

Have they RoadForce balanced the wheels/tires? That will find problems that a standard spin balance won't.
Are your wheels stock or aftermarket? Most aftermarket wheels require the removal of any wheel stud clips that were left on from the assembly line. They prevent the wheel from sitting flush against the rotor (but since you've had the rotors turned, they SHOULD already be gone).
