Default tire and traction control questions

I have a 2012 Shelby with the SVT package and 700 hp, when I push the pedal the car does burnout (almost all the time) I have two questions:
1. what is the widest tire i can install in the back without it coming out of the body will a 315 be o.k.?
2. it looks like the traction control is not working is this o.k.? maybe 700 HP is too much for the traction control?

i dont believe the normal traction control is on the gt500.
On my GT when it kicks in it pulls fuel to get it under control, in a 700hp supercharged engine pulling fuel and leaning it out is dangerous. Just gotta be careful with that foot and get some better tires :P
