Default Radio not working

My radio cut out over the weekend. Nothing about it is working. The display screen will not show anything. Even at night when I turn on my lights, the whole system does not receive any power. All the buttons do not glow so I know I am convinced it is not receiving power to it. does anybody know a way how to reboot it in any way? If not, is there a write-up on how I can remove my radio to check the connections?
Thank You guys.

Sounds basic, but have you checked the fuse in the fuse panel?

Some Ford Systems also a secondary one attached dirctly to the back of the stereo which would mean you would need to remove the system to check it.

check the primary one in the fuse box first. It's on the passenger side by the door under the kick panel.

My radio has acted up a couple of times where it wouldn't respond. To fix it, I just unhooked the battery for a minute, then reconnected it. Worked for me.

Thanks guys, got it working now. I am not sure exactly what the problem was, but i took out the radio, replugged it back in, and pulled the fuses and replugged them back in and it seems to work now.
