I have a 2008 v6 purchased 1 month ago no problems till now. battery was all corroded and not holding charge alternator also shot but both have now been replaced. now im still having trouble with battery staying charged and car staying on and now I have lost all throttle control with a rough idle... im thinking one of the j boxes has shorted out causing all this haywire mayhem. any feedback and ideas would be muchly appreciated please an thank you.

Although it was resolved by '08 (for the most part), you need to read the TSB for the chronic water leak which eventually causes SJB corrosion. I'd have that alternator load tested (not too uncommon for new alternators to go ****-up shortly after installation). If the alt is good, check for damp carpeting by the passenger front kick panel.
