I agree, they're the reason you're having to come back down there.

Have you tried touching base with them to see what's going on...if so, what are they saying?

I'd send Deysha a PM (FordService). Her info is on page 3. I'd be putting someones head on a god****ed stake for this. Then again, I've not been very good at keeping my cool lately. Hell, make that never.

I saw your other thread about concerns. I hope you get this taken care of. Totally unacceptable.

FWIW, I paid for the paint protection and rust proofing as well. Some may not think it's a good idea but if I can do anything to help protect my car, even though it may cost some bucks, it will pay off later down the road. I guarantee it.

So I know it's easier to pay someone to detail your car but there are plenty of horror stories fir details. There is wealth of knowledge on these forums for detailing. I suggest you start doing it. I can understand y ur mad as it is justified and I would be too. But anything u can do urself your better off.

Hi 04stangman,

Let me get this escalated to the customer service manager for your area. Please PM me again with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number.
