I would have taken it to another dealer after the first non-fix. Maybe you have only one dealer close by, i don't know, but not all service departments are created equal. Having to send a Ford engineer to fix an A/C looks really bad on ford part.

Take it to an independent mechanic and sue ford in small claims court. They probably won't even show up.

Problem is most likely the hot water cutoff switch is not shutting off the hot water flowing to the coil under the dash.

Did they remove the refrigerant and pull a good vacuum on the system, or did they just check pressures? Your system could be contaminated.
