HELP Roush Install!!
UPDATE:
So I finally got mad at the idler pulley and used a rubber mallet and it finally got on there straight.
NOW, everything is on the car, it runs, but not great. The tune is a little off since I just did the BAP instead of the GT500 fuel pump like I was going to (and the tune was made thinking I'd do the GT500 fuel pump). It was just easier to do the BAP right now since I'm just frustrated with the install anyway.
First, I didn't get the bolts to put the pulley on the supercharger, they sent me 2 sets of spark plugs that weren't even for my year so I just have the stock ones in, and they gave me the wrong air filter (I'm assuming, there was no way to get it on). I had to use my filter from my airaid CAI.
On to the big problem now, the belt is slipping and squealing like CRAZY. It seriously sounds like a banshee screaming when I give it any gas. If I'm cruising its fine. It also feels like there is no boost being built up. I think they gave me the wrong belt size. Does anyone know what size I need when using a 3.5" pulley and a 90mm idler pulley?
Overall, this has been a very bad experience with this Roush package. I REALLY hope brenspeed can get me squared away quickly.
