I doubt the dealer would know where the MyKey feature is either. It's bad enough I have to explain TSBs or standard features to my dealer....something like this would probably blow their mind.
Anyways, how hard is it to scroll through the options? It's not rocket science. I'm certain MyKey is in the owners manual. Even if it wasn't, just scroll through the settings until you see it. Simple.

OP - Definitely a MYKey feature

its the my key, if u dont have an admin key then u will have to go to the dealer and have him blow the old keys out of memory and reprogram making 1 of the new keys the admin, this will shut off the my key feature and at the same time make it so u can reactivate it if u want and assign one of your other keys as a my key.

Mines blocked because I dont own the Admin key, I think the Rental agency kept it.?
its as if Ive rented it and have the spare key.. it display's MYKEY ADMIN the 861 miles
as if I rented it and its showing how far I went to date.. and it has no features or scrolling, i'm LOCKED OUT.. I gotta go to the dealer soon!

Sounds like the rental place made a my key to give out, but kept the admin key when they sold the car since you only have one key. And that display is confirming for you that there were 2 keys for the car one as an admin and one converted to "my key".
So yes, you have to go to the dealer to get a new admin key made and programmed; then de-program the "my key". While you're there might as well ask about them doing a second key so that you have 3 keys. That way if you ever lose one you can still program another key yourself. It takes 2 working admin keys to program another key.
