Default GT500 Take Off Brake Fitment

I want to upgrade my brakes and I'm really looking into getting some 07-12 GT500 take off brakes. My reasoning for that year and not a new year is because I have 18 inch wheels and I know the newer model GT500 brakes won't fit. From what I've read MOST 18 inch wheels will work for the 07-12 GT500 brake set up (14 inch rotor, 4 piston brembo), but does anyone know how to tell other than installing them and trying to fit my wheel over everything? I have a set of 18 inch Ruff Racing wheels. I'll try to get a picture soon and post it.

Thanks

Actually it depends on the backspacing on the wheel. It really hard to tell from the picture but it looks like you have wheels with a dish on the front. More than like those wheels won't clear the brembos. I used to have deep dish bullets before I installed my brembos and had to install 1/4 spacer to clear the wheel. (I ended up getting Boss 302 wheels later) Check with the your wheel manufacturer and ask if it'll fit a 07 GT500.
