Exclamation 2008 Mustang GT sagging door?

I'm looking to buy a new Mustang I already have a 65', but I've gone to look at two different 2008 GT's and both look like the driver side door is sagging quite a bit. Is this a flaw in the design or have they possibly been in a wreck?

Must be a wreck because mine's an 07 and a daily driver and the doors are fine

That's since you have seen 2 with the same problem......is the gap between the door and fender off when the doors closed. If you open the door then go to the end..grab the handle and lift slightly you can tell if the hinge is worn or loose.
