Well you see, thats the problem. Night vis is definitely reduced. I mean I love the way they look, but i'd be lying if I said you wouldn't notice a huge difference in the light output.

aftermarket halogen projector enough said. some of the Raxioms ive come across have had Fresnel lenses, and some clear lenses (of the projector) which i find to be..odd.

Have you tried using hids in them?

I have the HID setup from the factory but its still not great. It seems like the light doesn't spread as well as it used to. I installed a set of fog lights at the same time and that helped with vis right in front of the vehicle, but I'm looking to upgrade those to hid soon to help with the overall light output.

HID's will definitely increase the amount of usable light output you'll get out of these. It's not going to be as bright as an HID H13 setup in the factory housings, but it should still be safe to drive at night
