I purchased a brand new '13 drivers side tail light. Installed with no issues and light is sequential as should be. The '13 tail light I purchased for the passenger side is used, and is not sequential. Lights up but blinks as a whole unit. Also, passenger headlight blinks quicker than normal. Any solutions or ideas as to why the new works perfectly fine, but used does not?
