Like most of us here I want to gain some preformance, so I'm checking out all the options. Is spending over $4000 on blowers a good choice and gaining about + 74rwhp/trq. Or going with bolt on exhaust CAU/tune and getting maybe 40 or so hp gain, but spening 1/4 of the blower option. What Im looking for is gettin near 300 rwhp and torque and is going with blowers the only way to get near that???

You will be NO where near 300hp with just bolt ons. If you completely rebuilt your motor you might see somewhere close, but thats going to cost as much, if not more than buying a supercharger or turbo.

The 300hp you are seeing is from people who have done bolt ons AND the blower.

300 horses at the crank i can see happening with all the bolt ons, cams, some head work, better valvetrain setup, etc. 300rwhp isnt going to happen n/a without a stroker kit, or higher comp pistons etc. Major work for the power, its easier and cheaper to go blower or turbo.

well technically a blower is a bolt on mod
but yes this is the best and prob the only way to get to 300 hp without stroking and porting and replacing all the internals
you should at the very least do exhaust before a blower install
