Default Just ordered X-Cal2 from Brenspeed

I was wondering what tunes they have available for the V6 manual. The reason I went with theirs is they will give me free upgrades if I ever add any performance parts like a CAI. Does anyone here know what tunes are available from them? In Cincinnati it is hard to find 91 octane fuel, so I am hoping that there is a 89 tune available from them. I have been running 89 in my Mustang since I bought it. I have heard of a 93 race and a 93 torque tune. Are both of these available from Brenspeed? Would it be OK to run 89 octane fuel with a 91 tune if that'sall they have? I really need to know before they call me to program the thing in the next couple days.
Thanks for any help!

I am sure they can setup an 89 tune for you, no dont run an 91 tune with 89 because it will run like chit. Just give them a call and see what they can do.

They offer different tunes for different octane levels. They're tunes are optimized for best gas milage, best torque, and best performance at each octane level.

I ordered mine yesterday.

...Beautiful car by the way

they offer tunes for each octane level. when i ordered mine, they were gonna give me the 89 but there's not much 89 around here, so i stuck with the 87 and 91.

and i don't think brenspeed does the performance and torque tune, they say they get the most out of the engine in their tune so they don't distinguish between the two. if you have 93 around you, then take their 93 tune.

Thanks for the compliments on my baby. I have now moved my attention from exterior appearance to performance and underhood appearance. Next performance mod is the 3.73 gears and T-loc rearend. Next appearance mod is the shock tower covers and radiator extensions from midwestautogear.

I am waiting for a call from Brent from brenspeed about what tunes I am wanting. Should have it here by next week.
