New performance chips?

Hi all! I'm new to the forum but I have been reading it for a while. Can someone give me input on HP increase for these new performance chips? Do they work? . Link Below! Thanks

The 4.0 chip is $522!!! You can get a real tuner for $380!

+1 Brenspeed all the way!!!!!!!! Great increase in performance and 28 mpg in mountain driving with 91 high altitude tune- lots of twisties and full throttle driving. Doesn't get any better than this. Everyone that owns a Mustang should live up here!!!
