Thumbs up X-Charger Belt Slip Fixed

Redesigned the idler pulley bracket on my X-Charger SuperX TVS to run a third pulley for more belt wrap. No more belt slip! This will work on all X-Chargers, not just the TVS.

Nice work.

Are you producing them, and how much?

Had this running for a few thousand miles now and the results are outstanding. There is absolutely no slipping and no sign of belt wear at all. No black dust on or around the bracket. Makes full boost consistently now where it wasn't before. IMO this is a must have mod for any X-Charger with a 2.8" pulley or smaller. Especially the X-Charger Xtreme with the 2.6" pulley which is known to have belt slip issues. A few guys with the Xtreme have installed this mod now and they also no longer have any issues with belt slip.
