Realistically it's going to depend completely on your driving ability. Then you have to take into account the condition of your vehicle and the quality of your tires as well as the condition they are in. Then after you consider those factors you can think about elevation, weather conditions, and track preparation.

The NPI cars do not respond well to boltons because the top engine package just does not flow enough air to take advantage of them.
PI engine swap!

I beat a 96-98 Mustang GT in my 2005 V6 with only a CAI, and Tune... realistically they are 15.0 cars... with the mods, if you get a good launch you'll see a mid 14... do a PI swap and you're MUCH better off w/gears... stock I don't even think you're at 200rwhp.. I thought it was mid 190rwhp? If you figure 15% drivetrain loss, its around 191-192rwhp... These year mustangs were thought of as the dark years by most, haha//.. although - they have incredible potential... I've seen some damn fast SN95 Stangs...
