Clutch... (for supercharged car)

RE: Clutch...
i have a centerforce dual friction clutch in my 01 sc mustang. if you are going to be driging the car on a regular basis it would not make sense to put in a race clutch as the diaphragm will have a lot of pressure, which will make the pedal hard to depress. strictly for the strip, this is fine. centerforce has designed a weight ssytem that pulls back on the diaphragm which applies more pressure against the clutch disc, wihout the excessive pedal pressure.
no matter what clutch kit you get, you will need to install a new throughout bearing, and you will also need a cluth alignment tool. these items are inexpensive.

RE: Clutch...
mcleod street twin here
i was lead away from spec from my shop. they said specs are puck type clutchs and like to chatter. the stg 3 has no marcel spring so its on or off, no slipping will take some getting used to on the street not to mention not have a smooth ride.
king cobra, mmr, hayes or centerforce would be my reco for just a blower w/ stock block.
but think about what you might make (realistically) and build it to those specs, search people at that level to see what they say and use, but thats IMO
