Default RE: msd window switch help

Pm'd ya. Check these instructions
http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/8969_frm25515.pdf

If you have a 99 up car you will need to wire it for single cylinder. Use the yellow wire to the negative side on the switch side of the relay. Then your red wire any switched 12v source( I teed off of the arming switch, so it is only on when it is armed). White wire goes to the negative side of the closest coil. Black is to a good ground source. You have to use a relay with this unit because it can only handle about 1 amp.

The control side of the nitrous relay (85+, 86-)

Battery --> 5 amp fuse --> arming switch --> wide open throttle switch --> Fuel pressure switch --> nitrous relay --> msd 8969 yellow wire

tee off arming switch --> red wire msd 8969

Then on the switched side of the nitrous relay (30+, 87-) (do not use 87a it is NC)

Battery --> 30 amp fuse --> nitrous relay --> solenoids (either wire) --> other solenoid wire to ground.
