Short Throw Shifter

RE: Short Throw Shifter
i dunno how many times i need to say this but it's really up to your preference... mgw has one significant benefit over the tri-ax and thats the ability to adjust the shifter 360 degrees to your preferred position for shifting whereas the tri-ax has the advantage over the mgw when it comes to the firmness. mgw tends to lose the firm shifting in the long run while the tri-ax maintains the firmness... it will never slack off... the tri-ax feels like you're shifting with a brand new shifter every day.. thats what I wub my tri-ax so much. I've had a couple of friends with the mgw, dont get me wrong, the mgw DOES have the shortest throw but when it came down to the actual shifting, the firmness between the shift points weren't there. felt just like the stock but with shorter throws :/

RE: Short Throw Shifter
I have a Pro 5.0...Heard they were the best on the market but I've never tried a Tri-ax or the MGW so I can't say...My Pro 5.0 is about 3 inches shorter then the stock is (just guessing) and is pretty flexable on positioning though from the video I watched of the MGW, the mgw does have the most positions possible and looks to be shorter then mine. Just my .02 so dunno. G/L and keep us updated
