Default Aluminum Drifeshaft

How big of a difference are we talkin between a stock GT driveshaft and an aluminum... im not interested in one, im just curious, heard some people talking about it... any info would be nice

[:@] sorry i misread your post

but the alum shaft is much lighter, therefore has less rotational inertia. don't know if the difference is noticeable

Stock is like 22 pounds. Aluminum is 16-18

carbon fiber is 13 with the steel yoke, and 11 with an aluminum

for ever 10 pounds of rotating mass its like .1 off your 1/4, where as 100 pounds of non rotation mass is worth 1/4. But theres no guarantee, that only works up to a certain point.

I have a $300 twisted pile of aluminum set in the ground with ivy growing up it in my back yard. I'll sell it to you for $200 if you want.
