Default '98 Cobra in '00 v6

I have a chance to pick up a '98 cobra motor and I'm thinking of putting it in my '00 6 banger. The engine is complete from intake to oil pan and comes with harness and the computer. What other parts would I need to complete the install? I would think transmission, rear end, exhaust? What else? Would that engine fit without any modifications in the '00 body?
Thank You.

Thanks for the reply. Any other opinions on doing this swap?

You would need to revamp the front suspension to handle the extra weight of the 8 cylinder. No need to modify the body get it to fit. The rear end will have to be swapped, if you take it easy the 7.5 will handle it for a little while. An upgraded tranny would help something like a tremec or tko. The sixer tranny won't fit if knowledge serves me right. Hope this helps.

you need, a t-45 tranny, an 8.8 rear end, a new drive shaft, new motor mounts, does the motor have all the accessories i.e alternator, power steering pump, water pump? you will need those if you dont, also how much are you planning on buying the cobra motor for? how many miles?

I have Konis (yellow) all around paired with Eibach Sportline, so the suspension shouldn't be a problem. As for the water pump/alternator etc., I honestly don't know, but I'll find out. If not, could I take them out of GT? The motor has about 75K on it. I want to put a GT motor in it anyways, but now that this Cobra engine came up, it looks like it might be a better route to take.
Thanks
Chris.
