My Mustang is experiencing a mayor electrical breakdown. When I try to start the car the car does not start. The starter does activate but the engine does not start and a strange noise can be hear from the GEM. Like a rattle snake. When I try to activate my top or down my side windows the control panel goes out and the fog lights turns on. Is like some gremblin have taken control of my car.

I looked all over and everything looks find. No blown fuse. The battery is good. I even unhook my car alarm completly.

I need some where to start looking. I will appreciate any help. [&o]
