Default Step 3 is?

K So far Ive pt a K&N and 4.10 Ford racing gears in... and a lighter. What should be the next step?

I figure I can go these routes.
1) Underdrives, CAI, MAF
2)Throttle body, plenum
3)Headers, x-pipe, cat-back (magnaflo or borla)
4)Suspension
5)Second lighter
Which route would be the most bang for the buck?
