bring your car to a dealership and tell them whats wrong. there probably gonna tell you that its your synchro cus that happend to my dad with his 04 GT he broke it 3 times befor he got a new one hopfully your drivetraine is still under warrenty

Mine has had a grind since new...but it will only do it when the tranny is cold. Once warmed up, everything is good. Tremec admits to the cold problem, but it's due to the design and the requirement of the thin tranny fluid. If we could have the old fashioned 80w-90, we wouldn't have these issues...[&:]

Mine is bad about 1-2 grind / clash too. Especially if I am accelerating hard. Like said before its just a typical problem with the 3650. I know of three other people here in town with exact same issue. If I just settle down and drive like a mature adult I have no issue.

Ive got a tr3650 in my car and its been there since they were built. Never had a problem with it at all and i race every weekend. I dont know why these guys say 3650's have problems. I would look at the clutch or t/o bearing before the trani. imo.
You might have gotten the car after the TSB was performed on it. If so, you have different internals than most tr3650 owners.
