[:@] KB and whipple are not roots[:@]

they are both screw-type, which is way more efficient that roots. both will make the same power on a given car. KB is 2.2L and whipple is 2.3L.

Sorry you are right. I overlooked that last night while I was attempting to fall asleep.

Whipple > KB BUT.... KB's intercooler is better and whipples are a little tougher to find.

KB's and Whipples are both great roots style blowers. Make amazing low end power. A centri tho will pull on a roots style in the top end.
they are twinscrew, not roots, extremely similar, but TS is MUCH more efficient

and kadence struck gold by saying they dun make em for a GT, whipples are for 4v only. so i suppose if you got a cobra head swap, you could get one, otherwise, KB is your only choice.

KB/Whipple = twin screw... eaton = roots... uhmm, even though I am not making an ungodly amt of power.. look at my torq and hp curves... Then look at a procharger making the same power numbers and tell me which one has the better curve... lol

I like getting all my tor at around 2-3k rpms.. all 470lbs of it.

Torque wins races, hp gets the glory.
