Scariest sound ever....

RE: Scariest sound ever....
the scariest noise i've had wasnt in my mustang at all really, it was in my truck, and it wasnt even a noise, it was the lack of noise.
about 2 years after i got it (2002), im driving from the new house we built and currently live in to our old house down the road (2 miles), im going a good 40mph or so, if i remember right, all the dash lights come on, there was some revving from me, but no going anywhere.
come to find out, the crank broke in this piece of **** motor that had been put in the truck.

I had mine pop off on the dyno run. I was like, damm that internal bypass (blowoff) should not be that loud.
When the car goes over 10 PSI I am definatly swapping over to all t bolt clamps.

T-Bolts work wonders, but believe it or not, regular worm-gear clamps can hold up over 20psi, as long as the I/Cer piping has a large enough barb to clamp to..
T-Bolts are much prettier, and are much more reliable...
How about the sound, right before you get rear-ended?? Rrrrrrr ***BANG***

Anyone else ever have their intake pipe pop off of their TB while driving? Jesus christ thats a terrible sound, especally with a blower.. talk about an "Ohhh shizzle.. that doesnt sound cheap" moment.... Apparently I loosened it a bit earlier when I was cleaning my MAF.. got everything down there tightened back up, cleared the code, etc.... but didnt check to make sure I didnt pull that piping loose up there.. actualy was playing around on the highway with a pretty quick truck when I heard it... so yeah.. scarry stuff.
Whats the worst noise any of you guy's 4.6 has made? lol
