Default remanufactured engine?

Are remanufactured engines pretty much a complete engine, or do they exclude front accesories and such?

Default RE: remanufactured engine?

most that I know of are just block completed and heads. depending where it is coming from, they are mass produced and have enough minor errors with them as far as balancing, a thousandth off here and there on milling, and make for a short term motor. If it's coming from a place that has a good rep, they should be worth it.
