Is it true thata 98 Vert weighs more than the coupe?
If so, how much more?

just about all verts weigh more than the coupe versions.......as far as i understood it anysways

yes all verts weight more than coupes for the fact that they put more weight in the verts to try and keep them from rolling as easy..bc ya...if u roll over a convertable...ur not gonna look to good..but god damn how would u roll one anyways lol

yeah i dont get how you would flip one over unless you're a ****in moron. but yeah they weigh about 150 pounds more..and its worth every pound when the top is down =P

Part of the weight comes from the added factory subframe connector to resist chassis flexing.

And as far as rollovers go,.. I'm guessing the winshield pillar would act like a rollbar of sorts, right? You might get a pretty good headache if you rollover but you probably won't die
