Gears, Headers, and shifter are a must. If you're gonna go with s/c then just save up you money and do it.Would recommend lowering your car with eibach, steeda or whatever you like. Congrats on the ride and mod your car the way you want to, don't try to copy people in this forum. It's your ride, spend your money the way you want, don't let someone spend it for you

You'll have to do alot of research to figure out what kind of exhaust you want, along with the other parts.
Generally though, most people will suggest
MGW short throw shifter
JLT CAI
Any LT header + shorty o/r midpipe, and your choice of catback. I have SLP and personally think it sounds amazing.
4.10 or 3.73 gears would be a great start too.
But if you want to get the most for your money, save for the procharger now and get that before anything.

BBK full lenght ceramic coated headers, BBK shorty x-pipe,and your choice of catbak, FRPP 4:10 gear or 3:73 if you supercharge it, and eibach springs.

I dont know of any places that sell the complete exhaust systems. You will probably have to buy the headers/mid pipe together, then the cat back seperately. Make sure you get the long tube headers, as the shorties wont really give you enough of a gain for the trouble.

Heres that way I would do my mods:
Cat back, because it has to sound right first
Gears, they wont give you any more power, but will help tremendously with low end acceleration.
Short shifter, because you'll be shifting a lot faster with the new gears
Headers and mid pipe.

Although all the 04's came with the 40th aniversary badge, not many of them are.

As for mods. I can't stress this enough, do NOT waste your money on an intake. It does NOTHING. If you want your engine bay to look good, consider getting some chrome pieces from UPR or better yet a coolant expansion tank from canton.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/

Start with a mid-pipe and cat-back.

-Mid-pipe: Mac ProChamber (off-road use, meaning, only use if you dont have to smog)

-Cat-back: SLP Loudmouth II -OR- Magnaflow

If you have to smog, then I guess get a BBK catted X for a mid pipe.

Yeah like triisomy21 said, dont waste money on a CAI. I dont mean dont get one, just dont buy one for like $150+. Its a waste of money when you can go to ebay and buy it for $40 shipped, and it will do the same thing. I have BBK headers and H-PIPE. I love them and they sound good. I personally think x-pipes dont sound good but its your car. 4:10's and get it tuned after all this.
