I have an 04 GT with 24k miles on it and I was wondering if there is a factory warranty? Like 3 year 36k miles or something?This may be a dumb question but I was just wondering because many people told me there is prob one... I bought my car used with 9k miles on it,

Why I am wondering is because I have been leaking trans fluid, about 2-3 dime size a night and it is comming from the trans cooling line, the part that is connected to the radiator, I was wondering if it was under warranty because I dont want to spend 200+dollars on a new one. I am so mad about all this, god damn fords!!

If it is not under warranty then I think I am just going to disable the trans cooler in the radiator and go out and buy a trans cooler and run a set up that way,

Yes, 3/36. Various systems may have a longer warranty. Check the original sale date on your car, if it's prior to today in 2004, then your warranty's gone.

is there a way I can check online when my car was put into service? The dealership I bought it from is closed on sat and sunday!!!!

you can deff call a local delarship near you....have your vin ready and they can check for you!

I am in the same boat 2004 with 11k but I think I defenitley voided my drivetrain warranty.
