97 mustang 26 spline or 10???

I am going 2 be putting a new tranny clutch and flywheel and every where i look they say both and i cant find out how many my car has its a 97 mustang gt coupe black and dunno how many splines it has its a t-45 tranny so any body know?????

i have a 98gt coupe and i would also like to know the answer to this question. i was thinking it was 10 spline but maby someone knows.

A stock T45 input shaft is 10 spline.

OK would a 1996 FORD MUSTANG COBRA 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION. BORG WARNER T 45fit in my 97 gt and would still have 10 splines
