I found a used BBK catted H pipe that I'm thinking of matching up to my magnapacks, but it says it will fit from '99-'04. Anyone know if it will fit my '96? Thanks.

we fit a 99-04 one on my firnes 98...it hits right under the drivers seat. so it DOES work, but you'll have some rattlign issues, and it may throw off the alinment of yoru catback as well

If it was ment to properly fit a '96 without modifying it, it would say so.

No these guys obviously haven't been in the situation. A MAC H-pipe off a 2000 GT fit perfectly on my 1996 GT, hell it even bolted right up to my 96 cobra motor as well! So yes, it will fit fine. The only differences are these pieces of metal that branch off the pipe to hold up 02 sensors, but zip ties or anything like that makes it a very quick fix.

Obviously some midpipes may fit differently than others.

Yes it will fit but you will need to hammer the flooring on the passenger side so it doesn't hit or rub. IMO it's not a big deal.
