Default 2004 GT questions

Hey All,

I am in the process of aquiring a 2004 GT 40aniv. I would like to get the HP up to about 350. What would be the best dollar/HP investment? I have seen a lot on the internet and the mags, but would like some input form people who actually use the equipment.

Also does any one know any real Mustang shops in the Winston Salem/Greensboro area that could do internal engine work.

Thanks

Well the easiet way to reach 350rwhp would be either nitrous or blower. But if you want a n/a setup then the basics would be heads, cams, intake, exhaust, dyno tuned. I myself just ordered a 5.1 stroker and some VT stage 2 cams. I should be around the 330-350hp mark when Im done. But for starters you could start out with intake, headers, tb & plenum, pullies, and a nice tuner. A set of 3.73s or 4.10s wont add power but will help make the most out of it. Then your power aint nothing without a suspension to help it stay to the ground. A good place to start would be rpmoutlet.com they have the cheapest parts Ive seen and dealt with them before. Good luck
