Intstalling Power window motor? HELP

Any help on installing a new window motor on a 99 GT Conv.(drivers door)I'm reading something about securing sector gear before removing motor. If anyone can help or knows a link for more info would be great. Thanks

disconnect the window motor harness.
remove the speaker.
remove the three bolts holding the motor in.
pull motor out through speaker hole.

If you don't, your muffler belt might squeal.
