anyone have one that they would recommend to me because im getting my car re tuned and some parts installed so i will just tell them to order the bypass valve 2 if anyone has any ideas
Procharger ProFlo or Vortech Mini Race, are both good bypass valves. And you need to run one for sure. You might not hear it at all depending on how loud your engine/exhaust is. My Procharger ProFlo doesn't hardly make any noise between gears, but if I'm WOT and then let off, its pretty loud. When it was venting to the atmosphere, it sounded exactly like a BOV.

it's bad on the blower itself. i have 2 on my vortech and it's still fluttering. i have to get a mini-race bypass. my tuner said to not be so rough on it til i get the new one, as it is really hard on the impellars.
Why do you run two Bypass valves? My buddy has an I/C'd V2 with 13lbs of boost on a 15lb pulley and he was told to upgrade his Bypass. Can he run two instead?

i don't see why not. i was running 16psi and the shop installed the 2nd because the 1 wasn't enough and was fluttering. now, at 20psi, i'm running into the same problem and need a brand new one. i'm running one before and after the IC.

call up www.superchargersonline.com and they'll get you squared away with what bypass you should run. they'll probably give you the best deal on it too. you may be able to run a vortech mini-race.
