Leak help??

Foggy windows, smell of coolant, fluid on h-pipe....i dunno if its heater core, something with tranny? idk..anyone??

well found one problem for sure.. Input shaft seal in the back of tranny is bad..once again....makes the third time now...i swear i was smelling coolant and i know for sure my windows did fog up.....
