Go with what your "local" performance shop uses to custom tune cars. If you ever get heavier into modding, you will at some point need/want a custom tune. Its better to have what they use to custom tune, so you don't have to buy another tuner later.

You should check out the Sniper Special Forces. It has way more features that either one of those two handhelds, and much better IMO.

My Diablo Predator does everything I want and more. Plus their support is second to none. They always answer the phone right away and if you go to their website they have a message forum that you can post on and they answer you back there pretty fast too.

SCT doesn't seem to be as amazing as everyone says, at least mine. Seems like the place I got it from didn't allow me to have full ability to change whatever I wanted. I can't even turn off my rear 02's! But hey at least I found out that they were turned off by them so it's not all bad.

I do hear amazing things about the Sniper Force tuners or whatever they're called.
