Default which suspension mod is better for at the track and on the street?

I would like to get Strange adjustable shocks and struts ($380) and UPR upper and lower control arms($225). Which one will give me the most bang for my buck until I can get the 2nd one?

also would it make a difference if the lower control arms were solid or adjustable?...I am not very familiar with control arms and want to buy the right thing.

I run adjustable shocks/shocks and steeda adjustable uppers (welded torque boxes) and non adjustable lowers and i noticed a huge difference in traction on the street.
